Seven, very popular, international choirs will gather for the WORLD PREMIERE of NY’s LARGEST choral event. It will celebrate the work of the United Nations and support the annual work of the NGO DPI Executive Committee as the voice of civil society at the U.N. The concert is sponsored in part by Friendship Ambassadors Foundation (www.faf.org); an NGO DPI associate. World-renown choirs from South Africa, Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, Australia, Luxembourg, Norway and U.S. (Appalachia) will perform at Lincoln Center, Avery Fisher Hall on June 28, 2012.
