I was elected as Chair of the eighteen-member NGO/DPI
Executive Committee on 27 June. Needless to say, the weeks following have been very busy ones as I worked on goals and plans for the Executive Committee to move ahead and become a greater voice in the UN community. The officers and directors represent a number of important areas and bring these backgrounds and other strengths to the 2013-2014 NGO/DPI Executive Committee.
